The Advantage of Hanway Truck Aligner
Sensor
Hanway truck aligner uses 6 sensors ( All truck, semi-trailer and full trailer use computer are measured with computer).
Truck measurement
1、Single steering wheel truck
Same ways of measurement as car wheel alignment which can be done with only 4 heads.
2、Double steering wheel truck
Use 6 sensor heads, among which two sensor C take the beam as the reference, two sensor B are put on the second axle and two sensor A are put on the first axle. Instructed by the computer software, the two axle parallel degree and toe can be measured at one time, fast and accurate. The software dynamically measures parallel degree and calculates all gaps of the truck, which ensures the accuracy of the measurement.
3、Trailer
No need to detach the trailer from the truck. Measure directly with computer. Take the beam as the reference, measure the rear axle 1, rear axle 2 ,rear axle 3 in turn, then adjust parallel.
